At AvoFit, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality fruits and the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Timeline for Returns: You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Process for Returns: To request a return, please contact our sales staff via email at sales@avofit.co.za or on our WhatsApp line at 083 632 9533. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue you experienced, including photos of all the fruits with internal defects. Our team will work with you to determine the best course of action, whether it's a replacement, refund or credit.

Conditions for Returns: We offer a partial return for any internal defects found in our fruits and not for over-ripe fruits. If anything from your order is either missing or delivered in a less than ideal condition, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or credit for the full value of these items.
